Energetic Body work and Meditation
Zen-Ekindo is a powerful combination of energetic bodywork and (active) meditation. Techniques to learn to strengthen and cultivate your own energy supply, to re-charge, to experience a deep physical and mental peace, to be present in the Now.
The training combines acupressure techniques (Do-In/Shiatsu Healing) with Qigong Grounding, meridian yoga, movement meditation, energetic meditation and breath training (pranayama). Basic elements of each training are: back and posture corrections, hara training/grounding, strengthening exercises, Do-In self massage techniques and abdomen and pelvic floor muscle exercises.
Zen-Ekindo stimulates the working of the organs and the flow of energy in the body, it deepens and strengthens the breath and helps to assimilate (and save) extra energy.
On the physical/mental level the training improves the flexibility and strength of the body as well as sharpening the concentration and clarity of thought; it helps in the process of grounding and centering.
Lastly, the training invites you to effortlessly experience a deep peace and inner silence, to become familiar with the vitality and creative power which is then released.
